Centralized Operations

Machine start up and operation can be done at one location through the visual display screen, reducing complexity on the worksite.
Temperature adjustments, gauge readouts, and machine status is accessible in one centralized location.

Compact Cabinet

Compact enclosure and lightweight design allows for easy transportation.
Wide opening and easily removable doors allows for quick and easy operation and service access.
All doors are lockable increasing security on the worksite.

Service Accessibility

With the wide opening generator style doors there is easy access to all components of the machine keeping downtime at a minimum. One side access to filters allows for quick filter checks and changes.
Machine maintenance hours and fault codes can be accessed through the display screen providing quick diagnostics.

Dual Use Reels

Worksite efficiency is increased through the ability to use one reel to cure while the other reel heats up the next pour site.
In cure mode, reels can be selected to act independently and return temperatures will be sensed and measured based on selected reel to properly maintain cure temperature.

Two Pump System

Each reel has a dedicated high pressure pump ensuring consistent heating delivery.
Improved performance and longevity through the pump to motor connection.
The crossover valve eliminates downtime by allowing a single pump to power both reels.
