G100 Mobile Generator: Delivering Durable and Reliable Power

The G100 mobile generator is designed for jobsites where reliable power at continuous loads are required. The G100 comes standard with the thermal recovery loading system that prevents wet stacking on the engine and will automatically provide load to the generator when no or low external load is detected. The compact design has a reduced footprint making towing, transport, and storage easier than ever.

Thermal Recovery Loading System

  • Developed to meet engine requirements to prevent wet stacking, the thermal recovery loading system will automatically apply load to the generator when low or no external load is detected.
  • The thermal recovery loading system is housed completely within the generator enclosure and produces heat which aids in optimal cold weather operation and engine efficiencies.

Integrated Trailer

  • The integrated trailer and folding tongue allow for easy towing, transport, and storage.
  • Multiple hitch options and lifting eye make moving the machine around the jobsite fast and easy.
  • The compact cabinet and trailer offer a minimized footprint, reducing the space required for storage and transportation.

Long Run Time

  • Increase worksite productivity with 24.5 hours of run time at 100% prime load.

Programmable Controller

  • Easy to read backlit display optimized for generator applications. The controller is customizable for start up and shut down and will provide service reminders to the operator.
  • Fuel usage is monitored and will alert through an alarm when low ensuring worksite productivity.

Serviceability

  • Door openings and access panels open wide and are removable for easy, unobstructed service.
  • Single side serviceability for maintenance.

Fuel Tank and Containment

  • 110% fluid containment protects the environment in the event of engine fluid or fuel tank leaks.
  • CSA certified for Canadian applications.

Operator Safety

  • Lug door safety switch cuts voltage to the electrical lugs when the lug door is opened in order to prevent operator injury.
  • Emergency stop button is highly visible and easily accessible to keep the operator, the environment, and others safe in the event of an emergency.
  • Battery disconnect allows for battery voltage to be fully disconnected from the rest of the machine to eliminate parasitic draw and residual voltage.

Powerful and Precise Alternator

  • Class H insulation and separate excitation winding can handle heavier loads and hotter temperature.
  • Fine tune voltage adjustment knob allows for fine tuning of voltage output.
