Annual General Meeting 2008 On June 3, 2008 the Annual General Meeting of the Wacker Construction Equipment AG took place in Munich. The Annual General Meeting resolved to change the Group’s name and legal form to Wacker Neuson SE (Societas Europaea). Shareholders also authorized the Executive and Supervisory Board proposal to pay out dividends of EUR 0.50 per eligible share.
