EASY LOCK: the unique hydraulic quick-hitch system
Wacker Neuson presents a brand-new quick hitch system in the form of its EASY LOCK.
The system is perfectly matched to the kinematics of Wacker Neuson compact excavators.
It prevents collisions with the boom cylinder and ensures that there is no spillage of material
from the bucket even when at maximum dump height.
EASY LOCK can be fitted ex-works on machines from 1.3 tonnes upwards. This offers benefits
in particular when excavating foundations, since it is quick and easy to switch from one bucket
to another so that you always have the right bucket with the right dimensions. This saves not
only time but also expenditure on backfill material.
The extremely low design height of the EASY LOCK quick-hitch coupler also guarantees that
there is absolutely no loss of tear-out or digging force.
